The Highland Event Center
The Highland Event Center features four event areas which will accommodate up to 150 guests and allow you to choose just the right size and setting for your group.
The Smith Mountain Room
The Smith Mountain Room is our largest indoor meeting space with 1,302 square feet of space. It can be divided into two sections (A & B) for smaller groups or breakout sessions.
The Glass Atrium
Located just outside the Smith Mountain Room, the glass atrium is the perfect place for receptions, meals or hospitality. The atrium overlooks the pool and offers a stunning all-season view of Smith Mountain Lake.
The Highland Board Room
The oak-lined Board Room features comfortable executive chairs around an extravagant board table, a fireplace, wet bar, and a plush sitting area.
The Highland Event Center Deck
The Highland Event Center Deck is a special place for dinners, luncheons, receptions and celebrations from early Spring into late Fall. Your guests will enjoy an exceptional view of the lake and its backdrop of majestic mountains.
